Grantees agree that funds awarded from the Irwin Andrew Porter Foundation will only be used for the specific project and funding period designated by the Foundation. Any funds not used for the designated project and/or budget period will be returned to the Foundation promptly.

Organizations may request an extension to complete a project or to apply funds to alternate expenses or projects if the project/expense is similar in nature. Such request will be considered on a case by case basis.

Grantees agree to complete all required reports on time. Failure to deliver reports on time will cause the grantee to forfeit future grant payments and the organization may not apply to the Foundation again until all reporting requirements have been met.
